Successful Digitalization of Guest Communication at Moar Gut
The Familien Natur Resort Moar Gut***** successfully uses ASA as its PMS and ZIMRES as its correspondence tool, while also utilizing Guestnet since last year. Guests are informed via the Moar Gut holiday companion in the arrival email, receive a phone reminder and access details 3 days before arrival, and on the arrival day, they receive an automatic "Welcome Mail" from Guestnet. If the access has not yet been activated, guests receive a business card with the login details. Guestnet helps us immensely in optimizing internal processes. For example, activity registration is now digital and straightforward. The children's pass for childcare can also be filled out directly through the system, saving both parents and our team a lot of time.

With an almost 100% usage rate, 27,000 visitors, 54,000 visits, an impressive 562,000 page views, and an average duration of eight minutes, the intense interaction of guests with the digital offerings is clearly evident.
