With ASA's pre-check-in, the check-in process is more convenient than ever. Guests can simply take a photo of their ID, and all necessary data is automatically transferred. Additionally, the web app allows for the digital signing of consent forms. Upon successful check-in, a welcome email is automatically sent to the guest via the ASA Hotel interface. This email includes the guest’s personal login details and encourages them to use the digital guest directory on-site. Important details such as arrival times, personal notes, and vehicle license plate numbers can also be stored to ensure a smooth arrival experience.  

Digital Breakfast Ordering

At Såndgøld Alpine Glamping, guests can conveniently pre-order their breakfast digitally via the personalized Guestnet the day before. This solution simplifies planning for both guests and the on-site team. The menu includes fresh bread rolls, hot coffee, or customizable breakfast baskets. Guests can easily place their orders via smartphone and choose whether to pick them up at the reception or—depending on the service—have them delivered directly to their pitch. This digital breakfast ordering system not only ensures a relaxed morning for guests but also helps the campground plan daily orders more efficiently. The shop features items such as camping stoves, charcoal, sleeping bags, and power adapters. Orders can be placed easily via smartphone, with the option to pick up items at reception or—depending on the service—have them delivered directly to the pitch. The Guestnet online shop enhances the campground’s service offering by providing guests with a hassle-free way to purchase missing or last-minute essentials. At the same time, it reduces workload for on-site staff by allowing centralized order management. Additionally, the digital shop creates new revenue opportunities through accessory and extra sales. This solution highlights how campgrounds can expand their services with personalized digital offerings and make the guest experience even more convenient.

Smart License Plate Recognition

The Smart License Plate Recognition solution from Systems optimizes parking management at campgrounds, making it more efficient and user-friendly. The system automatically detects license plates upon entry and opens the barrier once payment is completed. If a plate is not readable, guests can finalize the process using a QR code scanner.
