With our smart charging solution and ASA HOTEL as an interface, we offer you as a host a simple solution for all processes at your electric charging stations.
You benefit from highly efficient and transparent processes: From authentication and activation of the charging station for your guest to their check-out, all processes are completely automated. This also benefits the guest: they can easily charge their electric car using a QR code or their room card. The respective consumption is entered directly into ASA HOTEL without any further action on your part. You have a complete overview at all times.
Particularly interesting: an active charging process can be stopped in ASA HOTEL from the back office during check-out. This is how smart efficiency works - and the system also provides a detailed overview of the various charges per guest.
Perfect combination
Thanks to implementation in the Guestnet digital guest directory, your guest can not only see at a glance which charging station is available, but can also easily start the charging process via their cell phone - without a key card or QR code. The kWh consumed and the corresponding amount are displayed directly to the guest.
After successful charging, the consumption is automatically recorded in the ASA HOTEL PMS system. This not only reduces the time spent by your employees, but also significantly increases the service for the guest.
