We asked Franziska a few questions about the integration of vioma and Guestnet:  

What made you decide in favour of Guestnet & vioma?

 

‘We wanted to make guest communication as simple and efficient as possible. We looked for experts in this field and found the ideal partners in vioma and Guestnet. What processes has Guestnet improved at Rosenalp?

‘Guestnet has significantly improved various processes at Rosenalp, especially the design of the Morgenpost. The process is greatly simplified and accelerated, as the Morgenpost can be created quickly with up-to-date content. Our guests can also obtain information quickly and easily on the information touchscreens. This saves a lot of paper, as all relevant information is available digitally and changes can be implemented in seconds. Our extensive menu can also be perfectly integrated into Guestnet. Overall, Guestnet offers personalised and up-to-date information, is environmentally friendly and improves both guest communication and guest satisfaction.’

How did the integration of vioma software into Guestnet go?

‘The integration of vioma's software into Guestnet was very simple and straightforward. Thanks to the existing HTML codes for the booking route and the voucher system, the process was completed quickly and smoothly. A big advantage is that you can access the required codes yourself at any time. In addition, the integrations already automatically correspond to the look of the website, which is why they can be inserted into Guestnet without any further adjustments or time expenditure.’
